SVE MISSION STATEMENT
We give ice hockey players in Germany a common voice. The aim of the SVE is to strengthen ice hockey in Germany in the long term and to give our sport the attention it deserves. As the voice of the players, we think and act in a dialogue and solution-oriented manner alongside the fans in order to actively shape the future of our sport with associations, leagues and clubs.
SVE values
We ice hockey pros in Germany have more to say than just “trash talk” on the ice. We want to have a say in decisions about our sport and not be faced with a fait accompli. We professionals don't want to be treated like commodities.
We want to treat each other with respect and use our social influence positively together.
And what we demand for ourselves, we also live by example. We will always be open to dialogue and contribute to our responsibility in a solution-oriented manner.

In the context of sport and commerce, respectful cooperation is often lost,
it is precisely the human interaction that characterizes the ice hockey family.
Being close to the professionals and our partners is a central point of our work. We do this by standing by the professionals in a caring and objective manner in many everyday questions (medical care, insurance, contracts) and will always have advice and a helping hand ready.
ALL Zukunft
The youngsters have a hard time in the German professional leagues, but the young players are our future. We therefore make it our task to help shape the future of our young players.
As established professionals, we support the young up-and-coming players as mentors and lead the way with a positive sporting spirit. It needs experts from the ranks of the players who are committed and involved in the development of concepts for the future. This is where we as SVE want to make our contribution.
